He did an excellent job and I am delighted. He went out of his way to be helpful and even checked and cleaned my Yale lock for me! I am really impressed and they will be my go-to for any issues with locks. Thank you!"

My sister actually followed up with Alan as I was at work, but he was helpful, on time and very efficient. He stuck to the lower end of the price bracket he quoted me for installing three new locks. Would recommend.
