Lucas recently completed painting the rendering all around my house. I am very please with quality of work. He has also completed renovation of my lounge & dining room previously in 2000. He has also undertaken addition work this week. He is very knowledgeable on building work & he gives full commitment to quality work. He is flexible to complete work, observing our needs for timing & how we want the work done, offering guidance on options & consequences. I have confidence in his work, reliability & he can be trusted to get on with the job. I am happy to recommend him to my friends, & contaCt him for further work in the future.

Complete refurbishment of a 3 bed semi detached property. Lukas and Kris provided a detailed and competitive quote for the job. The property needs rewiring, a downstairs toilet fitted, new bathroom, new kitchen, replastering every room, reboarding the ceilings, new skirting and engineered wood installed. They acted professionally and efficiently throughout. They were flexible when we realised we needed to install a new water pipe into the house to replace the old lead one. Timescales were largely good the project ran over by a few weeks but was because of extra work not planned in the original quote. I would use them again and would certainly recommend to others.

Lucas came to replace a flat roof that was leaking, they worked hard and understood what was needed to place a lantern on top. They completely changed the frame work to prevent any puddling and had to build a complex frame for the lantern which was perfect fit for the lantern. They are very tidy and friendly and keep you informed of how the job is progressing. They did a very professional job.

Lukasz replaced the leaking roof of a dormer, rebuilt it to include thicker insulation and replaced the old insulation in an extension roof with high performance Celotex. He was very good when he came to quote, understood my requirements and explained how he was going to carry it out. Gave us a fair quote for the work and completed it promptly when the work started, carrying out the work to a high standard and answering all my questions. He was always very polite and good to chat to, he made sure the work site (as we continued to use the room and the area around the dormer) was clean at the end of every work day and cleaned the whole area once the work was done, which was much appreciated! Thanks for your work Lukasz, hopefully will see you again for other jobs on the house in the future.

Lucasz replaced a flat roof and installed a sloping roof with two skylights. When Lucasz came to look and give a quote, he took time to listen to our thoughts and was able to advise us what was possible and realistic. His quote was comparable with another company's. We went with Lucasz as he we able to start almost immediately. Lucasz and Sebastian worked extremely hard and diligently, even commented on by neighbours. Despite some episodes of extremely heavy rain and high winds while the roof was off the room remained water tight. They always tidied up at the end of the day, and we are very pleased with the attention to detail they showed throughout the build. Communication was always timely and detailed. The budget did need to be increased due to unforeseen works, but this is to be expected in a renovation and was well within the 10% contingency. They completed the job two days ahead of schedule. We highly recommend them. Should we have any other projects we will not hesitate to call on their services.

Work: New felt, batons, tiles to main pitches (previous 100 year old), new leadwork as needed, check coping stones and render to parapet walls, new flat roof to bay, pointing to chimneys and one external wall, fixed reclaimed chimney pot to chimney. New coping stones with dpc to kitchen party wall (inadequate dpc observed by Lukasz contributing to damaged plaster in kitchen), skim damp-damaged wall with new plaster after preparation and consolidation of the damage. Upgrade loft insulation to current spec and raise and extend loft boarded area (on top of the insultation) for storage. Tie in the end of an internal wall that was cracked and slightly pulling away from the internal corridor wall. Fit fans to kitchen and bathroom, fit shower rail. Lukasz is extremely knowledgeable and the team worked harder than any builders I've ever known! Most days they arrived early and finished about 6pm to ensure the job was done. The work was of great quality. When it became apparent extra work was needed a plan of action and verbal quote was almost immediate. They kept the dust levels down despite the jobs being very dusty in themselves and they cleaned up well. The price was good. the whole team was very friendly.

The extension of my house needed an external wall insulation as it was built with just a single thin wall and was very cold at winter time. The roof has had to be extended in order to overhang the the 100mm insulation board. Lucas has found out that it needed a new roofing felt, batons and that the roof would definitely benefit from new tiles as well. Furthermore the back wall has needed dpc installed. I’ve found Lucas's suggestions very useful. He showed a professional manner throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody. A skilled, trustworthy, guy who is putting quality work at first.

It is second time that Lukasz and his team came to do building work on my property. This time it was a roof replacement. Lucas is the only builder I know that finds the root of a problem and do everything or suggests what could stop the problem of getting worse. I would highly recommend him.
