Josh is always pleasant, dedicated and respectful throughout the whole process. We were well informed of starting dates and the progress of the work. We had a slight communication issue with the charger and were grateful to Josh for staying longer to ensure it was resolved before leaving. There was even impressive follow up communication to make sure all was working well. We will definitely be asking Lumens to attend for future works.11"
