He took great care during the strip out and refit process, and went more than the extra mile for us on many occasions. We're planning to get Irv to do some extra work in the house early next year."

Arrived early and ready to go each day and went above and beyond and suggested things we hadn’t thought off. Also helped out by doing additional works that wasn’t expected (installed an additional small window at no extra charge).
