After sending a couple of photos and a brief telephone call an appointment was made for the following day. Glen arrived on time and after inspecting the damage he ran through the options. Remove a couple of tiles or try with the tiles in situ, but that could end up with them cracking anyway. Nothing to loose, leave the tiles on and an hour later the shower was fixed."
