I am a remote landlord ( based south uk) and I neeed a property totally re-furnishing before letting. I only had 3 days in Hull to undertake some work myself hire a letting agent and get a quote for works. I had organised an appointment based on the check-a-trade listing and I arranged directly with Mark for 12 midday on the Thursday 2nd of August, a time I insisted that was suitable to him as I had some degree of flexibility. I organised everything around the appointment to which he didn’t turn up. I rang after 20 minutes and the call went to voice mail-which I left-6 more calls no response
