Made us feel we were in the wrong complaining there was a leak. He did move 3 tiles on the main roof which he thought was causing the roof to leak. Carried out a water test and no water increase was noted but 3 hours later, water was dripping through the roof. Due to the attitude about charging us to revisit, we decided to reseal all the joints in the felt ourself and surprise NO LEAKS.. We have written this off as a bad job and would not have him back. He also melted the soffit. Roof looks patchwork and the fall is towards the house so water pools.

I had my roof re done after a botched job the year previous. I was very scared to trust anmother roofer. Tommy was wonderful in putting my kind ant ease Everything was explained prior to the job commencing. Excellent communication and an excellent job done by all. Recently used Tommy from McAllen roofing services to replace and upgrade all of our guttering he ,turned up to quote on time , was clear and concise with the price and how the job would progress , arrived at the agreed date and time and proceeded to do exactly as he stated , we went for a hi flo guttering as recommended which was far more able to cope with the amount of water coming off of our roof ( incidentally he also replaced a couple of cracked/ broken tiles for free) excellent tradesman and company would definitely have no problems using again and recommending to others

Tommy and his team at McAllen Roofing Services Ltd undertook the reroofing of a Grade II listed building with patience and skill. The tiles we originally required were out of stock so Tommy expertly came up with another tile close to the original so as to keep the project moving and in keeping with its Grade II history and it looks absolutely fantastic. Tommy and his team left me confident we were in capable hands and his years of experience were evident when carrying this out. I would highly recommend.

Had Tommy and his helper Dan to replace my entire roof, his quote (compared to other companies) was very detailed, easy to understand and reasonably priced, he answered any queries I had promptly too. They tidied up at the end of each day, arrived on time and worked a full day, kept me in the loop of what was happening and also made sure I was happy with work being done. Both very friendly and polite. Will be recommending to friends and family. Would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Tommy and Dan.
