Initially, Mark was pleasant enough and attended to look at the various issues we had. He offered a few different solutions and ensured that his work was guaranteed, which gave us some peace of mind. Unfortunately, none of his work actually fixed the issues we had and despite repeated visits (4!) the issues are still unresolved. Despite several promises to rectify the problems, Mark has now decided to ignore any attempt of contact and has left us 650 pounds poorer, still looking to get the issues resolved.

Mark assessed the situations, gave good advice and a very competitive quote. Started promptly, worked efficiently and completed the jobs most professionally. They cleared and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Mark and Ollie were professional, polite and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Mark responded, promised to come and look at the job. Quoted a reasonable price and arranged to return and complete the job. He did everything he said, no messing around. Friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. Another contractor quoted 10 times the price (literally) and never followed up. I recommend Mark Oswald as he is as good as his word. That is my experience.
