Thomas and the Matix team were punctual and reliable starting and finishing exactly when they said they would. Their workmanship was outstanding throughout - from repointing, re‑leading and re‑flaunching the chimney to replacing the soffits, fascias and guttering both front and back. They also repaired and re‑bedded the ridge and replaced roughly 700 damaged tiles all for a very reasonable quoted price. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family and will happily use them again for future work.

My neighbours were having extensive work done on their roof so I was able to see the high quality of work being done by Matrix Roofing. I asked Thomas to inspect my roof because I had various issues with some leaks on my aging property. The outcome was that Matrix:- Demolished one chimney and tiled over. Repointed and repaired 2 more chimeys. Repointed several hips and all ridges. Refurbished and sealed one valley. Replaced many broken tiles. Removed all waste from site. I am very pleased with all aspects of the work and found Thomas to be a helpful, friendly and reliable and professional.

After an awful experience with rogue roofers, we were recommended Matrix by a friend who’d recently had her roof replaced. From the first visit to the last, Thomas and his team were total professionals. We were kept up to date throughout with what was happening, involved in any decisions, and educated on why. We unfortunately needed an almost entirely new roof and Thomas presented us with clear evidence and a range of options to help us manage the unexpected cost. Very professional and helpful from the start. Thomas kept in contact to keep me updated if when he would be able to fix the issue. Arrived on time and cracked on for most of the day. Even replaced tile and cleaned my guttering out while they were up there. Genuine trustworthy business providing a great service.

We were concerned we needed a new roof. Thomas gave it a health check and it turned out it just required some TLC. Ridging, chimney and valleys needed pointing up, some lead replacement in shared valley and several cracked tiles replaced. And knock on my door due to matrix working on next door neighbours roof. Thomas of matrix gave me a knock on my door explained with no pressure and supported by photographs of the work that needed to be done which consisted of the roof ridges re-bedded… And completely repointing the Valss Thomas explained politely and under no pressure gave me a card with his number on if I wish for him to do the work . it did not take me very long before I phoned him back. We agreed on a price and on a date for the work to be done they arrived on the day completed all the work most of all a guarantee for the work that have been done if in the future I ever needed any thing on the roof to be done this would be the first number that would come to my mind.
