"RCD tripped and no lights, just as preparing for a job interview, very stressful! Michael was brilliant. Talked me through checking the board while listening to my questions and answering clearly, really helpful (& surprisingly rare). Giving an exact time of arrival was impossible given it was an emergency call out, but he kept me updated and got here asap. He then clearly explained the process of checking for the problem, then got on and sorted it quickly and efficiently. Absolute no hesitation in recommending Michael, and will definitely be using him again."
