We provide Architectural Services to clients, who have a requirement to modify, upgrade or renovate an existing building or who need a new building. We can facilitate anything up to medium sized commercial buildings and through some clients we have provided Architectural Services for both small and large domestic projects. The core business is submitting Planning and Building Regulation Applications. We can also offer a full Architectural Service with PI and PL insurance up to £5M. We also offer a full Interior Design Service. We can develop the proposal with you so that you can achieve the maximum potential with your budget. We have a core team of CAD Operatives, Structural Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and Property Agents. Through our experience over the past 20 years we have worked closely with many building contractors and can offer a full design and construction service if required.
