"The management and work carried out by the very professional team at MDB Property services was carried out in the most professional and meticulous fashion, with excellent communication and attention to detail. From demolition and removal of the old sectional concrete garage and safe disposal of the asbestos roof, to groundworks and erection of the individually designed oak garage and carport, we were kept informed and felt in control of the entire process. we were consulted on every important design consideration. The team were outstanding, friendly, hardworking and considerate. top team."

Various ideas were offered to make good an area of crazy paving and crumbling concrete to the rear of our old cottage and the most cost effective option, which would give a good result, was suggested.
