"Paul came to my rescue to clear a blockage to the main soil pipe and connected drains to my flat. He was with me within the hour, quickly identified the problem, and found the manhole cover he needed to access despite being hidden by shrubbery. He was determined to get the problem solved, was reassuring, friendly and helpful. He explained what he was doing, showing me after how it was now clear. Paul even gave advice on how to prevent further undiscovered overflowing water, that could cause damage, due to possible future blockages. Great service would highly recommend."
