Thank you so much for advising me & keeping the area inside & out, clean & tidy. I love my new ensuite. Mike & Regan were very friendly, punctual & always polite. I highly recommend ⭐️ Thank you again Mike
Mike did our bathroom. To our horror he dot and dabbed the 60x60 wall tiles - against British tiling standards. As a result the tiles were very loose, creating a clear safety risk. At the time my wife was heavily pregnant and our situation was very delicate. Although Mike acknowledged the issue, he refused to fix it without further payment and refused to help before our baby’s birth. This caused major stress and left us feeling unsafe in our own bathroom. We were devastated and were forced to use others at more cost to ourselves.
