"a price was given for the replacement of the existing plastic conservatory roof. a description of the new roof was given which included timber sizes, insulation thickness, vapour barrier, slate lattes and light weight slates. Colour and sizes covered. Scaffold would be installed prior to the roof strip and removed after the work was complete. The installation would commence a day after the scaffold was installed and completed in two days. the interior of the conservatory would have plastic cladding fitted in white. The two trades men arrived introduced themselves and commenced work."
