Michael responded within minutes and we arranged a visit towards the end of the same day for a cost that was reasonable for the short notice. Michael was punctual and began investigating the fault immediately. He explained his procedure whilst carrying it out and within the hour of inspecting and testing the fault was found and resolved. Will always use this company"
