"Neil was able to come to us in an emergency situation. Our boiler had failed completely and we were deciding what to do to get heat into the house. He came late one evening to wire up and emersion heater for us. He came later in the day than he would normally do to help our situation. We have not had heat or hot water all over the Christmas period. He has installed showers and undertake a number of jobs over the years. We have booked him again for more work in the new week to 10 days."
