At first repair seemed ok. Then the roof started leaking in other places. I did contact them but they never returned to fix issues. I contacted another roofer and he has replaced issues. He told us we were charged £1500 for a window that cost less than £100. The ridge tiles we were charged £2000 which cost £200. They had broken lots of tiles which were now leaking. The ridge tiles and window were fitted incorrectly so they were leaking and damaging the inside of loft. The new roofer charged us £150 to repair faults. They charged for a velux window but that wasn’t what was fitted.

My elderly mum had roof tiles missing and damaged guttering due to bad weather recently and MED did an excellent job. They kept me informed of what was being done and the cost at every stage of the repair. I would highly recommend them!

Very quickly visited the property and gave us an estimate. The repairs were carried out speedily and efficiently two days later. An urgent job since rain water was entering the roof space. Nothing but praise for Charlie and his team and would recommend their company.
