"Best in class service from More Than Loft Ladders. We had been let down with “no shows” in the past from different companies. Initial contact with MTLL was followed up within 24 hours and a survey booked in the following day. Survey completed and a detailed explanation of what MTLL would be able to offer. We decided to go ahead and the installation was carried out a few days later. I made a mistake and requested that the technician fitting the loft hatch leave it to me to finish off. That was a big mistake on my part. I contact MTLL and without any hesitation they sent another technician out."
