I had a bad leak from under the shower tray which led to saturated and rotten floorboards and joists. Access meant the bathroom was dismantled and out of use. Marc dealt with the problem with minimum fuss and disruption and soon had the area rebuilt. I thought it would mean a new bathroom but Marc was so careful that the wall and floor tiles could be reinstalled as was the glass shower screen. I am delighted with the result.
