Neil and Alex fitted a new loft ladder for us which required cutting and re-inforcing a new opening. From initial survey/quotation to completing the work they were friendly, reliable and thoroughly professional. There was a small fault with the hatch door which they noticed and rectified the next day without question. We found them through personal recommendation and did not get alternative quotes but felt that they provided good value for money. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Had a new loft hatch and ladder fitting and insulation topped up with some flooring also put in . They arrived on time did all the above work to a excellent standard cleaned every where after they had finished showed me how the hatch and ladder all worked all at a very reasonable price I would definitely recommend them .

From first contact to invoice I found the whole experience simple and pleasant. I dealt with Alex, who was very polite and professional. All subsequent emails were answered promptly. On the day of the work they turned up on time, protected the carpet and carried out the work with the minimum of fuss. They left the house very tidy and explained how to use the ladder.
