Steve & Kieron spent a couple of weeks refurbing the outside replacing all sofis/gutters, windows & doors and I couldn't of asked for any better Tradesmen, the quality of work and the windows/doors & plastics is excellent!! Job was quite big and messy but everything was removed and tidy before leaving each day, including brickwork cut-out to accommodate different window configurations. The price charged was spot-on with the quote and very reasonable given the quality of workmanship and materials used. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any1"

Thanks again, for making this so easy and stress free.
Initially, Steve was OK, pleasant and his work was OK. I did have an issue with some trim on the door that kept splitting, Steve replaced this a couple of times but it took months to get it done. In the end I learned to live with the issue. Fast forward almost 4 years into the alleged 10 year warranty, and one of the locks seized and the key was stuck. I reached out by text, what's and at the tome of writing have sent 4 emails over 3 or 4 weeks asking for advice on how to remove the key and facilitate a warranty repair. Steve has not responded to any of my attempts to communicate with him.
