We needed a chimney hat fitted to one of our large chimneys and Naithan was fast to respond and gave a reasonable quote. NFS also made repairs to our chimney and provided a report on our roof tiles. All work was completed in quick time and carried out professionally. We also needed scaffolding and Naithan was good at communicating when this would be put up/removed. Naithan and his team at NFS Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our entire roof after a leak. They went above and beyond by starting work on New Year’s Eve and continuing through New Year’s Day. The work was carried out efficiently, professionally, and to a very high standard. We’re extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend NFS Roofing.

Their work was done by people who clearly were not roofers. The work was diabolical. They didn’t make the roof watertight and water seriously damaged the internal walls and ceilings of the house as water poured through the open roof. When we tried to get Naithan to take responsibility for repairs, he didn’t turn up when he said he would and then refused to return our phone calls. He completely ghosted us. He even activated ‘disappearing messages’ on WhatsApp to destroy all evidence of communication. He also deleted my review on FaceBook. Honest companies do not behave like this.
