While every other locksmith in the area quoted 3–5 working days just to attempt a repair, NJS Auto resolved everything within 2 hours. Their mobile service really makes the difference. My car key had snapped in half and I couldn’t start the engine or move the car from where it was parked. NJS drove out to my location and sorted the key on the spot. The technician also kindly checked the condition of my car battery, which seemed faulty, and didn’t charge anything extra for it- a small gesture that says a lot about their professionalism and customer care.
