Neal completed a total bathroom renovation in my 2 bedroom flat on a communal hot water/heating system. There were a few complicating factors that meant he had to get a bit creative, and the finished product looks great! I'm really happy with it and there have been no issues at all. The work took exactly as long as he predicted and he turned up when he said he would each day.
