Northern heat link were recommended by another trade and didn’t disappoint. Communication over the weekend the boiler broke, sound advise and fitted by the Monday. Couldn’t be more grateful for brilliant service.

They provided an excellent service from quotation through to completion. Simon and Ian ensured they kept us informed at all times and worked with us on all matters. The technical advice throughout was first class. They provided a full modern heating system that included all underfloor heating works and installation of an air source heat unit. The workforce were also knowledgeable, experienced and reliable. A great all round team effort!

We had Heat Link complete a number of plumbing and heating elements on our property, which included a full ground floor under floor system, Heat Pump and water tank install and 3 full bathrooms. We couldn`t be happier with the final products and every stage of the process was carried out with a high level of professionalism and we would highly recommend Heat Link.

From the initial design and quotation through to installation and after support, the team at Northern Heat Link were very professional and responsive. Being a small terraced house with little space, installing a heat pump required a bit of effort to figure out how everything would fit. The solution to meet the various permitted development and MCS regulations was a model from Ideal. The team had not previously installed this unit, but we're willing to go the extra mile and get trained up by the manufacturer before the install took place to make sure everything would go smoothly. Their quote for the install was very competitive compared to several other installers I'd contracted. This did not in any way impact the quality of the work, which was done to a high standard. Would happily recommend them to others who like myself are looking to move towards low carbon heating technologies.

Ian and his team at Northern Heat Link fitted underfloor heating for us and did a fantastic job laying and screeding it all in, integrating it with out current Hive system and giving us a clear briefing on how to use it. They're a friendly a professional team and I'd certainly recommend using them!
