Posted the job on a Sunday afternoon and Richard got back to me straight away. Everything was done and dusted by 11am the next morning. Really friendly and professional. Would be more than happy to book a job with NES again.
They diagnosed the fault and removed a faulty shower pull cord isolation switch within an hour. Arrived at agreed time in the morning and work carried out efficiently
They turned up did 90% of the work, were going to come back to finish once bathroom was done. I called they said they'd come back no problem give them a week and they'll confirm the date. Haven't heard a thing since. I have no EIC and no contact about getting one either. Really let down. They started well, helped us out when we were delayed starting worked around a couple of issues but this is just really disappointing, really didn't think they would just cut and run at the end of it.
