I was very happy with the service. Peter responded promptly to my initial call, arrived on time and set about trying to fix my timer. It had died a death but Peter came back to fix the new unit the following week.
Nil is professional, communicative and friendly. He’s completed two jobs for me recently and I was really happy with the service.
NP were asked to Service a boiler and AC unit. The boiler was serviced, but 6 months later I am still waiting for the Service Report. I am also still wating for them to return to do the Air Con service as this wasnt done with the Boiler. I was however assured that it would be carried out as soon as they could. I am irriatated that my time has been needlessly wasted and that they couldnt respond more promptly to finish the remaining work despite me paying them for the boiler service so promptly. I would struggle to recommend this firm based on my experience.
