Ollie kept me informed while he was on route, when he arrived he looked at the lock, the door and told me what he was going to do and roughly how long he thought it would take and cost which I was happy with. 20 mins later I was inside my flat, no damage, no great repair bill all done professionally and great communication and very reasonable cost. Definitely recommend Ollie... 5 🌟."

He then replaced the lock there and then, explained everything clearly, and made sure it was all working perfectly before he left. Fast, professional, and genuinely helpful — especially on a Sunday when you’re stuck outside! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him."
