He identified the problem and gave us what I considered to be a fair price for the job. He replaced one alarm sensor and reprograming the system. He was very professional and polite, left no mess and all is now working perfectly. Overall very pleased with the service and it is good to know he has a backup service in case of any further problems."

Richard is a true professional. He is extremely thorough, friendly , considerate and polite and always keeps up good prompt communications with his customers with updates, appointment dates, pricing and gives suggestions to the customer for all other ideas or solutions to work being undertaken. Richard is based in Nottingham but covers a larger area other than just Nottinghamshire. I have been very pleased with Richards work and customer focused attitude and this was the first time I took him on for my job. I definately recommend to anyone and if ever I require similar work doing again then Richard will be my first call.
