Overall, it was an excellent experience. Project management was great, and the work and quality is outstanding. And, by and large, consideration for the property was very good. Communication could have been better. For example, if one is removing the roof, it will affect the boiler flue and that needs to be discussed. As well, if the works create collateral issues, that should be pointed out rather than discovered. However, we are extremely pleased with the work and know that the owner is responsive and will provide any necessary after care. Trust is important and he values it, too.

I found this roofer to be very professional and communicative throughout the entire process.and very approachable, They explained everything clearly answered my questions promptly, and kept me informed about the their progress. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional. They used high-quality materials and did a great job installing them. I am very happy with the new roof. They followed through on their promises and delivered on time,I trust them completely and would recommend them to anyone The new roof has improved the weather resistance of my sunroom and made it a lot warmer to sit in. I am very grateful for their excellent work.

After a bad storm our flat roof extension was damaged. I contacted One Roofing and Building Services for a quote. Sean came out the following day. He explained everything that was wrong and how he could carry out the work. As his quote was exceptionally reasonable we gave him the go ahead. On the day of the work to start, Sean and his team arrived on time and started. I constantly offered them many coffees, which were refused. They did not stop for a break. Sean kept me updated with everything including taking me outside as he had noticed our chimney was slightly moving when birds sat on it. Sean offered to remove it without any hesitation i agreed. I highly recommend Sean amd the boys. I would not hesitate to use them again. 10 out of 10

Full slate new roof and cut out for new replacement velux window. Think 5 workers. All working in coordination. Workers were second to none. The were very the hardest best tradesmen by far I have ever had. Came out and gave me a price for what I asked. Booked the job in. Arrived first day with the scaffolding etc. Actually stripped the roof Day 1 also and fitted new membrane which replaced the original horse hair. Day 2 cut out and fitted new velux removing the old. Then started the new spanish slates. Day 3 slating amd flashing round new fitted velux. Over the moon with the job. Have two smaller extension roofs which I am awaiting new quotes from them. They are also builders I believe so will use them in future. Excellent workmanship. Sean and his workers are second to none..

I recently had my full roof replaced by One Roof and Building Services. Sean provided an excellent service. The work was carried out efficiently and expertly. Sean was always available to answer any questions and also installed our Velux window, which was not part of the original job. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a competitive price with no comprise on quality.

This was by far the best home renovation experience I have ever had. I give them an A+ in all areas. For one, they were responsive to phone calls, which, if you do any projects in your home, you know that getting back is a big problem. Sean came out and gave us very detailed information about what he thought it would entail. They take their time answering questions and working with your needs and budget. Their quote came in the middle of the quotes we got, but there were no surprises and no extra costs, which can make their way into other projects. They arrived on time, were focused and efficient. They communicated with us throughout the job. Sean, who ran our roofing project, was outstanding. The roof was finished in exactly the time frame they said. Their cleanup was phenomenal. Nothing is left on our property. It looks great and we have had nothing but compliments from our neighbours. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof.
