No a reliable company. I ordered a skip for the 22 of Dec to be picked on the following day but before 24. The operator said that for their convenience they could drop the skip on the afternoon of the 21 which I agree. But I did say not to be picked on the 22 as it wont be ready. However, we received a called on the 22 of December with the news that the driver was on the way to picked up the skip, again convenience. The skip was empty so they kind of blame me for a missed trip. It was not picked before Christmas and in the system showed as already picked up. Its 3 of January and still waiting.
