"The battery in my laptop needed replacing. Contacted Our Tech and James responded with the price for the job, which I agreed. On his first visit it became apparent that my laptop had a non-standard battery. He had to source and order this in order to complete the job. He did this, eventually having to order the battery from abroad and making a second visit to fit it. The price he charged was still the price he initially quoted. I was impressed by his professionalism and persistence in getting the job done."
