Tiles and boarding needed replacing under a wash basin after completion of a trace and access by an emergency plumber. Work was surveyed on a previous visit, as we were contemplating getting some renovation done as well. Unfortunately, we decided not to proceed with the bigger job, but we organised a visit to replace the tiles and this was completed in a timely and tidy manner. They did a great job, thanks very much!
