We found Jack and his team at Parkview construction to be very professional and dedicated to the job at hand. We had an ground floor kitchen extension and the job was done very professionally. Any queries and changes were talked through and explained properly. We found Gabby and Michael were both hardworking, conscientious and tidy. We decided to deal with building control ourselves and in hindsight would employ a company to deal with the inspectors. Also, as clients it was important to be clear and unambiguous in communications, however any misunderstandings or problems were resolved in a timely manner. One thing to value in a company is trust and honesty, and Jack and his team displayed these qualities in abundance. I would definitely recommend them and would employ them again.

Rear extension, bathroom and kitchen fitting, electrics and decorating. Very impressed with Parkview Construction and very happy with final finish. Jack made himself available for questions any time day or night and gave us a detailed daily update which we found incredibly useful. His team are professional, efficient and great at what they do. Parkview Construction carried out major work to the interior downstairs of my house. The old kitchen was taken out and a new one fitted and flooring replaced. A leak in the plumbing was found that was fixed at no extra cost. Old bathroom fixtures were removed and replaced by new ones. Internal utility cupboard was built from my own design, also an old fireplace was transformed into shelving. A new wooden staircase banister was made and fitted. Major upheaval to the heating system was undertaken as two radiators were removed and two new ones were fitted in the living area; hallway area and bathroom. To the exterior of the house, new windows were fitted. The old dilapidated front porch was torn down and replaced by a new brick surround and roof, with intercom and PIR sensor light fitted. Plus a five lever locking double glazed door. Lastly, the flat roof was removed and replaced by a new one. Mr Koumis was very efficient and organised with all of the arrangements. I found him very courteous and with a friendly manner. He and his team were very helpful, polite and worked swiftly to get more than the job done. I would gladly recommend Parkview Construction. Actually, I did recommend them to a neighbour who also used them!

We had two garages rebuilt completely after significant damage and decay: new walls, roof, door. Excellent work, and excellent communication throughout a long process. This was a difficult job because all the owners of the property were absent: Parkview communicated clearly with us to prepare what was needed, and to keep us posted on the work; they also worked calmly with the needs of different tenants. The billing was really straightforward and carefully explained. A stressful experience was made much, much easier by Parkview.

We commissioned Parkview to gut our bedroom, create a new en suite, re-plaster and redecorate the room. The team were polite and professional and the work was completed on time and to an excellent standard. We could not be more pleased with it. We would have no hesitation in using Parkview again or recommending them to family and friends.

Jack and his team have just installed a family bathroom for us. This is the second major piece of work they have completed. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The are incredibly efficient, reliable, clean , courteous and extremely high quality workmanship. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Jack and team replaced an old roof on a kitchen extension. The work was done to a high standard and quickly. Jack kept me in the loop on progress and costs, the work was done on time and to the original costs plus an agreed extra that was required.

This is the second time we have used Parkview. On this occasion, they modernised our bathroom and our downstairs toilet and redecorated our landing, staircase and hall - including replastering where necessary. The work was carried out to schedule and budget. Jim and Gabi were friendly, reliable and conscientious. Jim, who was with us throughout, was particularly helpful in responding to our requests. We are very pleased with the work and would have no hesitation in recommending Parkview to close family and friends.
