Paul identified the cause of the damp issue in the loft as excess condensation arising from inadequate ventilation and a bathroom extractor fan venting directly into the loft space. Within one week, his team were able to fix the problem by installing roof ventilation in addition to ducting and ventilation for the extractor fan. It was a very informative, efficient and a reasonably priced service.

Paul has been very supportive and helpful throughout this process, from start to finish. He used his drone to pinpoint and show us all the areas on our pitched roof which needed to be redone following unsatisfactory work carried out by a different trader; he sent us photos of all the areas which needed to be redone and provided a written condition survey, schedule of works and itemised quotation. We found this level of attention to detail very reassuring. The quality of work is excellent; his team took great care over their work, they were hardworking and they left our property clean and tidy. The work was completed in a timely manner.
