This company was recommended by Decorbuddi who were promised a substantial fee from Paving the Way for their recommendation. James Brown and his team did a garden revamp for us. From the verbal agression and the time-wasting of his workmen to the overpricing and unquoted charges on the final invoice to his refusal or inability to properly complete some jobs, it ended up being a stressful project. His team’s attention to safety regulations and cleanliness were gravely lacking. It ended up in informal mediation, as not compliant to contract. I DO NOT recommend James Brown and Paving the Way.

James is a trusted tradesman. The project was completed on time to a very high quality of finish. The project involved excavating a 35m2 area at the rear of a garden; removing rubble and debris, laying foundations and laying and pointing bricks. The patio looks stunning and the work was completed on time. Despite the rubble and debris moving through the side return, the property was left clean. All in all a very high-quality job. James is a pleasure to deal with - friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working. I have no hesitation recommending James and Paving the Way.
