Detailed reviews
Fantastic work, very professional & friendly service
There were slightly crossed wires initially regarding protecting existing furnishings but it was easily remedied. The technician was polite, efficient, kind (I am an oap on my own) and left the house clean and plasterwork etc. was expertly finished. I am very happy
Prompt. Professional. Reasonable cost.
Could not be faulted for any aspect of work done. Very friendly and professional.
Surveyor who assessed woodworm in garage was thorough. Member of staff who treated woodworm was punctual, helpful and did an excellent job.
I had to arrange damp proof treatment at my 87 year old mum's house, who lives 200 miles away from me. The Peter Cox team were absolutely brilliant from arranging the original survey to getting the work carried out and settling the final bill. An extremely friendly and highly skilled team. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently to an agreed timetable. The level of care taken and quality of workmanship was exceptional. Following full damp proof treatment with re-plastering etc. throughout the whole of the ground floor, all I had to do was some dusting and vacuuming before I brought the furniture back in.
Paul and his assistant (Rob? Sorry, I've forgotten the name) came on time and explained the cause of the problem very clearly, doing a test drill to make sure things were OK. We had suspected rising damp but in fact it was salt deposits leaching through the plaster and flaking off paint. We were given advice on how this can be treated in future.
