"Staff from the company came to remove moss from the roof, but stopped work after 10 minutes and told me that the roof was in need to urgent repair. Evidence was provided by way of numerous photos which were taken at the time and showed me how expensive the damage was. I was given the choice of repairs or replacement, but replacement advised. I took this option and the work was carried out promptly and efficiently, again with photos to show me what was being done. Pinnacle liaised with the scaffolding company so I didn't have to make separate arrangements. It looks great now."
