"Kelvyn was just incredible. Responding really quickly to our urgent call for help after discovering a really foul smell coming from our spare room. He was very respectful of our space and identified where the smell was coming from. Carefully removing the laminate from the floor to locate the source (a dead mouse). Sadly he discovered that it was coming from the cavity wall so without removing walls there was no way to remove the corpse, but he did everything he could to treat the smell and the area before putting the floorboards and putting the laminate back down. Went above and beyond. Thanks"
