"I got quotes from Plumbcraft, a national energy supplier and another locally based company for an air source heat pump. I gave the job to Plumbcraft who started on the day they said they would start and finished on the day they said they would finish. They coordinated with an electrician whose fee was included and brought in a plasterer to cover up pipes that had been chased into the walls. They had to cut lift and replace floorboards and they put them back better than they had been before. There were a few loose ends but they quickly sent someone round to fix them. Very happy with their work."

Would recommend this company to everyone who needs plumbing doing a new bathroom or kitchen they are well worth employing
I got quotes from Plumbcraft, a national energy supplier and another locally based company for an air source heat pump. This company puts money before customer service. A perfectly good boiler was serviced by them. They played a mind game that was if you don't change them it may go faulty again. They do not give prices when you believe they are correcting the issue they caused until they send the invoice. Not a good company

This company puts money before customer service. A perfectly good boiler was serviced by them. It immediately got a fault the next time it was used and they charged over £400 to replace parts that were tested as good by them but they recommended replacement. Avoid Avoid Avoid. They played a mind game that was if you don't change them it may go faulty again. They do not give prices when you believe they are correcting the issue they caused until they send the invoice.
