The element on our oven went, an engineer was sent out very promptly to replace it for us. The whole process was seamless and our oven was back up and running within 48 hours. Would definitely recommend to anyone in an emergency
Avoid avoid avoid! They spent a lot of time saying they could get someone with the rights parts to come and fix it on a Saturday. But when he turned up he said immediately it was not fixable. It was a cash grab. Just out yo make £80 call out fee.
