"excellent service. we went out for the day leaving family in the house .they were leaving to return home after us. When we returned we discovered we had forgotten to take door keys with us. Mark came out at 8.30pm and had us in our house in 10 minutes. then replaced the lock and was on his way to the next job in about 30minutes. would recommend him 100%."

After initial assessment of the job and quote, I arranged for Mark (the locksmith) to return to carry out the work required. Despite being delayed due to an emergency, which he contacted me about and apologised for (not a problem), he completed the work in good time, explaining what he'd done. A quality job.
