"Ali was super helpful and friendly, even waiting for me to phone back to confirm an appointment even though it was a busy night. He was there within 40 minutes as promised late at night and the issue was solved quickly. He then took the time to explain why what happened happened and advised me on how to fix it, even sending me a text message to explain the problem to my landlord. He was at no point pushy to upsell, or to fix it there and then and genuinely seemed concerned and to care. Would 100% recommend. Thank you :)"
