Precision Builds and Construction

Ade and his crew from precision build and construction turned up as promised at the beginning of last year to start work on the refurb of my property after a flood just before Christmas . The work included taking the plaster off all rooms and re plastering.rewiring electrics and a new central heating system. Also new kitchen and bathroom and windows . The work was done within the time frame as we were living away from the property And to a very high standard. I found the workers to be polite and helpful. I would definitely use precision again For any other work I might need done and have recommend them to my brother for work on a refurb of his house when it goes ahead . Very happy

I had an outbuilding and garden landscaped , I searched through a few builders and was recommended to use precision when ade turned up on time unlike most and I mentioned the project I had in mind and he gave some great ideas and a very good price compared to others. On the build up to start day he kept in communication with me and all the way through the job, time keeping excellent communication excellent timescale spot on these guys are brilliant and can’t recommend them enough. Over the moon with my garage conversion. Precision Builds came out promptly to quote, made suggestions to improve on my plans- and reduce the cost! The communication throughout was impeccable. Very professional, friendly and tidy. Minimal mess during the works and everything was left tidy each day. The team was punctual, organised and respectful of my family and property throughout the entire process. I asked for some extras half way through the project and nothing was too much trouble for them. The transformation of my garage into a stylish office space was completed with the utmost attention to quality. I can't recommend these guys enough snd would most definitely use them again if I have any future projects.

Ade and his team knocked out two walls, bricked up a window and put in a downstairs toilet. From the start, Ade was quick to communicate and always prompt & reliable. All work was completed to a very high standard. I wasn’t living in my property and I felt comfortable leaving Ade with a key knowing that he left it safely locked up. Ade kept in touch at all times about the work, sending photos, giving advice and reminding me of things I’d forgotten. Ade and his team are reliable and professional and 100% get my recommendation.

We have used this company many times. They are reasonably priced, have a great work ethic, are clean and tidy and always turn up when they say they will even on emergency jobs they can be there very quickly. I now only use this company when renovating my home. I’m about to have a full kitchen extension and I will be using them for doing all the work. Overall, a great trustworthy company. And, the lads very respectful of your home and property.

They finished here about a month ago and I am going to be contacting them again to come back and do some more work for us. They were so polite and kept us informed throughout the project. 100% recommend them.

Ade and the team have been absolutely brilliant throughout my first renovation project. They have accommodated changes and additional work, and have made recommendations of what is and isn’t necessary to be done, nothing has been too much trouble! Work has included windows and door installations, several structural changes, loft hatch installation and boarding, removal of all plaster, building a media wall, etc. All current work has been of great quality, I have already booked the team for some further work and I’ll definitely be going back to them for anything in the future.

Ade and Owen have become part of the family! Choosing a builder was the most unnerving part of the journey, we had several quotes but felt really comfortable and connected with Ade. He listened to us and understood what we were looking for. We had a single storey wrap around extension, included a 3m extension of living room to replace an old conservatory. 5m extension to kitchen and across the old patio. Partial garage conversion to accommodate a new utility room and wc and full upstairs bathroom replacement. Ade and his team completed all groundwork, building and fitting. Both the build and trade team of plasterer and electrician were prompt, skilled and their finishes are excellent. We have a beautiful home now and couldn't recommend Precision Builds any more highly.
