Today was a follow up visit having had work done last April. I had noticed a few areas that needed attention so put a call in to Connor. Today, James arrived to assess the situation, returning later with materials needed to complete the work. Great attention to detail, respected my property and left having come to find me to make sure I was happy. This review was left after I asked where they would like me to write it. This was not asked for but I wanted to express my thanks.

Ours is a 200 YO listed property, the team sympatheticly removed the tiles and put them aside for reinstatement, removed the existing battens and tar impregnated hessian felt replacing it with a new breathable membrane, installed vertical and horizontal battens and reinstated the existing glazed Norfolk roof tiles replacing any damaged tiles like for like, the work also included cutting in and making good new lead flashings and lead ridge caps. On completion the team repaired 2 chimney breasts and redecorated both stacks and parapet walls. The scaffold was undertaken in 2 parts, the first stage for the roof works the second stage involved creating bridges to access the rear of the stacks. The teams undertaking the works were polite, tidy and skilled. The works were completed on time and to the agreed fixed price. All in all a job well done.

Colin and his team did an excellent job of retiling the roof over our bay windows. Colin managed to source some pin tiles that practically matched the ones to be replaced. 1700 to be precise, with very few left over. He also agreed to repair some broken tiles on the main roof and put cowlings over the chimneys. All completed in just over a week . All debris cleared up and removed. Highly recommended.

orginally only going to remove spray foam instalation but due to unforseen sircumstances had to remove tiles ,felt and batterns before work could start ,but none the less colin got solved the problem very professionaly
