Contacted this company as I had a leak on my roof that was causing damp in the bedroom. Prime Home Improvements got back to me promptly and came over to have a look. I went up onto the roof with them and they showed me the areas of concern and quoted me for the work. They then carried out the work efficiently and took photos to explain what work had been carried out. The quality of the work was good as I have not had a damp issue since. In terms of value it is hard to say as all my recent experience has proved that you always get charged more as a female.
