Erica is amazing! Our house always looks fantastic after erica has cleaned and it's a real pleasure to come home to. When we see her she'll always have a smile on her face (despite how messy our house is) and is really easy to chat to!! She brings treats for our dog, and has even looked after our kids! Basically we see her as a friend as much as a cleaner! She really takes pride in her work though, always does a thorough job, and on the times she couldn't make it her staff have stepped in seemlessly to continue the extremely high standard of work.
