Absolutely unprofessional, unreasonable misleading company or the person. No professional manners. We called him for a quote and without giving us proper written quote and plans he started digging my driveway next morning without having our consent. Then he displayed us the model and meterial he will carry out doing in my drive he didn't do anything. Very messy and misleading people. He has been abusive while we have questioned him about the standard of the works done? He has repeatedly threatened us to dump waste in my drive and make our life miserable. Police and trading standards involved.

I engaged with "Proactive Driveway Solutions And Patios. The project's progress has been marred by unauthorized changes, unprofessional behavior, and a discrepancy in the representative's identity. Issues arose during the execution of the work. Damages to the driveway wall, retaining wall, and pathway were incurred, with assurances of rectification still pending. They never fulfilled the terms of the contract although they were paid more than what is stipulated just to have them clear the mess they left behind.

Proactive we’re exactly that. Very responsive. Really pleased with the patio and the turf. Good turn around as well.
