"We had a survey carried out by Prokil Exeter for our house. We were surprised to have a relatively small amout of damp identified. However when the work was being carried out, they actually found more damp than the survey. In additon it transpired that our cottage was not made of stone but cob, and we had rotten timbers due to death watch beetles. Nightmare!! The company were quick to come back with a revised quote for all work including replacing timbers (and practically rebuiling walls). The two workers were fantastic - quick, quiet, worked flat out over 2.5 days & plastering was 1st class."
